Well boys and girls even though it’s still spring the film studios are revving up for their annual summer film release season and if it’s any indication considering how well the studios are doing at the box office since January it’s going to be a record breaking summer. Here’s a list of just some of the movies scheduled to come out this summer hoping to grab your attention.

Director: JJ. Abrams with Chris Pine, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, Eric Bana, Zachery Quinto, Anton Yelchin
Hollywood wunderkind Abrams’ (Lost, Fringe, Mission Impossible III)  “rebooting” of the Star Trek franchise, this time taking place when Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and the original crew were all young and first starting out on their mission. Most real men in the audience will be more interested in how actress Saldana will…ah...fill out the role of Lt. Uhura famously played by Nichelle Nichols.
