DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department is investigating an early morning shooting that involved officers.At around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, DPD tweeted that they were investigating an officer-involved shooting that involved officers from another jurisdiction. FOX31's Carly Moore is on scene and said Thornton Police were also involved. The investigation is taking place in the 4800 block of Eliot in the Chaffee Park neighborhood near 49th Street and Federal. DPD said no officers were injured, but did not provide the status of the suspect.This is a developing story. A collision on Interstate 95 has led to serious delays in Miami-Dade.On Wednesday morning, emergency crews arrived at the scene of a crash on the northbound lanes of I-95 near Ives Dairy Road.It remains unclear how the incident unfolded but delays stretched back toward Miami Gardens. Live video footage showed onlooker delays on the express lanes of the highway.As a result of the situation on the road, three left lanes have been blocked. Drivers are urged to seek an alternate route or make extra time for their morning commute.
