A computer issue is holding up United flights. The airline and FAA don’t know how long it will last.

United Airlines flights were halted nationwide on Tuesday because of an “equipment outage,” according to the Federal Aviation Administration.One of several FAA bulletins said that United crews were unable to contact airline dispatchers through normal means. 26-year-old pleads not guilty in gun, drug case

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Marquis Dixon, 26, of Albany, pleaded not guilty to drug and gun charges in Albany County Supreme Court. Dixon has been remanded and will reappear in court on September 29. Man who drowned in the Big River in August identified

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. -- The Missouri Highway State Patrol has identified a man who drowned in the Big River last month. Andres Gutierrez was walking across some rocks at Rockford Beach during the afternoon of August 12 when he went into the water. He never resurfaced.Rock rapids at Rockford Beach in Jefferson County MissouriThere have been two drownings, including this one, at Rockford Beach in 2023. Part of the problem is how people access the bluffs above the water. There has been a drop in the number of people going there after warnings from local officials.“What we believe happened is that he was walking along this rock rapid area, possibly slipped on the rocks, and went into the water,” Chief John Barton, High Ridge Fire Protection District, told FOX 2 in August.The crowds of people visiting the beach had been an issue. Law enforcement could not get down to the site of a medical emergency near the water earlier this season.

Man identified in fatal north St. Louis shooting

ST. LOUIS -- A man shot and killed early Monday morning has been identified. Police found Rodney Combs Jr., 32, at around 3 a.m. in the grass near a home in the 5900 block of Goodfellow. He had a gunshot wound to his lower extremities. He was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Maintenance at Union Station Saturday to affect several RTD commuter lines

Several RTD commuter lines on Saturday will be affected by maintenance and overhead wire inspections at Union Station.The A Line will run as normal, but westbound trains will be delayed about five minutes between the 38th and Blake Station and Union Station.The G Line will also be running as normal between Wheat Ridge and Union Station, but G Line trains will arrive and depart on Track 8 at Union Station.The B and N lines will be the most affected and will not have service at Union Station.The B Line will run normal service from the Westminster to the 41st and Fox stations, and customers can transfer to the G Line for service to Union Station at the 41st and Fox or the Pecos Junction stations.The N Line will run normal service between 48th and Brighton-National Western Center Station and Eastlake-124th Station.
